What can I expect?

Gentle and playful laughter exercises combined with deep breathing and a short meditation.   Guided by an experienced laughter yoga leader, together, laughter will flow naturally without the need for jokes, story-telling or props. All you need is yourself and a willingness to take part.

Seeing someone else smile and hearing laughter sounds activates parts of the brain which leads to a release of ‘feel good’ hormones and chemicals in the body bringing a host of benefits for your health and well-being. To gain the most from the workshops you will be asked to leave your camera and microphone on for much of the time.

Please note: You are responsible for your own health and well-being. These Laughter Yoga workshops are not suitable for anyone who has a hernia, back pain, is recovering from a recent operation, has Chronic breathing problems or heart issues.

If unsure, please check with your GP before taking part in the workshops.

What should I wear?

There is some movement, but no tying yourself in knots, simply wear something comfortable you can enjoy a hearty laugh in 😉

2 x adults £6

£1 per 5-16 year old (under 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult)
