Over the past 12 years I’ve worked with many Helping and Health Professionals, supporting them in recovery and prevention of burnout, increasing energy, changing unhelpful habits and helping maintain empathy and enthusiasm in their work.

Maybe you’ve already taken sick leave due to pressures of your work or find yourself self-medicating with alcohol, food or other substances, or with other unhelpful behaviour.
First, I want to remind you that what you are feeling is normal. It’s not always easy supporting other people through their emotional or physical pain. It is likely that you are triggered by what you hear, see or read.
Evidence -based tools such as HeartMath breathing techniques and Energy Psychologies, including EFT (Tapping), offer effective ways for self-regulaiton, building resilience and changing how you feel.
Getting to the root of underlying limiting beliefs, and transforming them, enables you to make healthy choices for your own well-being and help in maintaining empathy and energy in your work.
